David Madani

David has a B.A. in psychology from McGill University and a law degree from the University of British Columbia. David's practice areas include commercial litigation, employment law, copyright, and defamation. He has conducted successful civil and criminal trials in British Columbia and has appeared as co-counsel in Supreme Court. David is based in Shields Harney's Victoria office and also assists clients who are located in Vancouver.
