Paul Waller

Paul's practice is focused on commercial litigation with an emphasis on employment law including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, employment standards and workers’ compensation claims. Paul is experienced with shareholder and partnership disputes, foreclosures, collections, intellectual property disputes and contracts.

Paul also represents clients with personal injury matters.

Paul appears regularly in the British Columbia Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and has appeared before various administrative tribunals, often representing clients before the Liquor Control and Licensing Board and Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

Prior to obtaining his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2004, Paul worked for a number of years with a national food services company negotiating union contracts while gaining valuable experience and insight into employment issues.

Outside of the office, Paul and his wife Jennifer are kept busy with their four young children.
